What shipping container insulation material does InSoFast use?

InSoFast panels use molded, closed-cell expanded polystyrene (EPS) with built-in polymer studs. The integrated design combines insulation and finish attachment.

Shipping container insulation R value: which assembly is right for me?

CX44 provides R-11 with a 2-inch profile off the wall. Current panel-and-insert offerings include R-11, R-13/R-16 and R-18.4/R-16 options. Values vary by product, orientation and surface. Confirm your climate, intended use and local requirements before choosing.

Will it fit my container?

InSoFast products are available for 20-foot and 40-foot boxes, standard and high cube. Corrugation dimensions and dents vary. Measure the profile before ordering; flat panels with matching inserts can be more adaptable around dents.

Does it help with moisture?

A properly fitted and air-sealed assembly helps keep humid air away from cold steel. Seal edges, penetrations and transitions as specified. Ventilation and the complete enclosure design still matter.

Is this suitable for conex box insulation?

Yes. Conex container insulation and cargo container insulation describe this application on corrugated steel freight boxes. Select conex insulation using the actual steel profile, dimensions and project requirements.

What about sea container insulation or sea can insulation?

Sea container insulation and sea can insulation are other names for this application. The right insulation for shipping containers depends on the particular box, not what it is called.
